Graduate posts - non-typingAge: 18–33 yearsDegree from a recognised University or equivalent. Station Master and Traffic Assistant additionally require an aptitude test during selection - that is a selection stage, not an educational qualification.
Graduate posts - typing requiredAge: 18–33 yearsDegree from a recognised University or equivalent, plus typing proficiency in English or Hindi on a computer.
Undergraduate posts - non-typingAge: 18–30 years12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with at least 50% in aggregate. The 50% condition is waived for SC/ST/PwBD/ex-servicemen candidates and for anyone holding a qualification higher than 12th.
Undergraduate posts - typing requiredAge: 18–30 years12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with at least 50% in aggregate, waived for SC/ST/PwBD/ex-servicemen and for holders of a higher qualification. Typing proficiency in English or Hindi on a computer is essential.
