Preliminary Examination (objective)
Each of the three tests is separately timed at 20 minutes. Candidates must qualify in each test on a cut-off set by IBPS. Note the marks do not track the question counts in this paper.
Main Examination (objective)
Four separately timed tests. Tests are not presented in the order listed.
Main Examination — Descriptive Paper
Essay and comprehension, in English. Broadly based on economic and social issues, emerging trends in banking and technology, current events and ethics.
Interview
Conducted after the Main examination, ahead of provisional allotment.
